Singapore, normal  : $1.50 + $0.50 per additional item
Singapore, registered  : $4.00 +$0.50 per additional item
Malaysia, Brunei  : $4 + $2 per additional item
Zone 2 Countries  : $12 + $3 per additional item
Zone 3 Countries  : $15 + $4 per additional item

Normal Mail Disclaimer

Registered mail is recommended. Normal mail is selected at the customer’s own risk,. We are not responsible or liable in any way for lost packages sent through normal mail.


Local & International Registered Mail

Tracking number is provided for all registered mails. Status can be checked at www.singpost.com.

Registered mail requires a person to sign for the parcel. If no one could receive your order during delivery, a notice of collection will usually be left for you. However, it is always the customer's responsibility to use the tracking number provided to check if their order is due for collection at their local post office.

*International customers note: Once your order reaches your country, your local postal service will take over and handle delivery to you. Please check with them for self-collection if you think you may have missed the delivery.


Delivery Times

We ship out orders almost every working day.

Note: Working days are from Monday - Friday only. The Singapore Post does operate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please allow approximately 3-7 working days for local orders, 5-15 working days for international orders.

If you purchased an item that is on back-order (stated at the top of the product page), your entire order including other items will be shipped only when the back-order item has arrived. This could take 1 - 2 weeks of waiting time, depending.

If you want your other items delivered to you first, you will have to place two separate orders - one for in-stock items (delivered to you asap) and another order for back-order items (1-2 weeks wait).


Unclaimed/Undeliverable packages

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to us are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer.

We will email you with instructions to make payment for your order’s shipping fee again. A photo of the unclaimed/undeliverable package can be sent if requested.

If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 5% restocking fee.
