General policies
  • All items in the SALE category are final. They CANNOT be returned for credit or refunds. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same design, subject to availability.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Any item that does not meet those requirements cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Returns & exchanges are accepted within 15 days of mailing out for orders sent to Singapore, within 30 days of mailing out for international orders sent to all other countries. We count the customer's date of postage back to us as the day of return.
  • Any items sent to us after the stipulated period will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. "Overseas trip" is not accepted as a reason for late returns.
  • Lexi Lyla is not responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
  • Lexi Lyla is not responsible for defects or color runs after washing. We strongly advise customers to take precautions when washing garments - separate bright colors, and use the cold water setting.

I received the wrong item or a defective item / Size is too big or small. How do I make an exchange?

We are sorry if the item you received was in error or has a defect. We will send you the correct item, or a new piece of the same design. If that item is sold out, we will issue you a refund for it.

We will reimburse you for your postage cost if we had sent you a wrong/defective item.

If the garment is too big or too small, you can do a size exchange, subject to availability.

There are strictly no exchanges for color, or other designs. You can opt to return it for store credit instead (see How do I make a return? below). 
  1. Read the general policies to determine if you qualify.
  2. Fill up the "Returns & Exchange" Form enclosed in your order.
  3. Mail the form and the items you wish to exchange to us.
  4. When your exchange arrives at our address, we will process it and email you a confirmation when your new piece has been mailed, or when a refund has been issued.
  5. Wrong/defective exchanges will be sent to you via the same postage method you selected in your original order.
  6. Size exchanges are sent back to you free of charge via normal mail (for local orders only, one time per item only). Please top up SGD$2.50 if you prefer registered mail. 
  7. Lexi Lyla is not responsible for lost mail if normal local mail was selected.
  8. Please allow up to 3 weeks.

How do I make a return?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you store credit amounting to the price value of the item at the time of purchase. 

Return items bought using discount codes are subject to recaculation based on the new total spent and the corresponding applicable discount, if any at all.

Store credit will be credited toward your Lexi Lyla account. You will have the option to redeem your store credit during any future purchases. There is no expiry date on your store credit.



Please note, there is no refund/credit for shipping fees. Mailing and postage fees are borne by the customer.
